What are your hours?

We are open Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 12pm to 5pm and available by appointment

What is your return policy?

Please read all descriptions before placing your order and reach out to us for any questions you may have about our products as we do not offer returns or exchanges. Your order cannot be canceled once it’s shipped

However, if you change your mind and decide to cancel your order after it has been placed but not yet shipped or locally picked up, we can offer a full refund minus a $10 restocking fee

Why no returns or exchange?

Every product is uniquely made by Kerso in Los Angeles, not at a factory. Our products are produced in a very limited quantity and we do not have the resources that a company even slightly bigger than us might have to offset the cost incurred by returned items. Our scale allows us to make exactly what we want in the way that best suits our design ethos.

What about shipping?

Please enjoy free shipping within the continental US. We’re unable to ship to other regions at this time. Tracking numbers for orders will be provided to recipients. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Rest assured, your purchase will be inspected prior to shipment and packed with utmost care
